Instalarea wordpress, a mistery to me

Cum tot timpul sunt in cautare de ceva nou am intrat pe un blog, blogul lui Bunelu, si am vazut ca este gazduit de un site de care nu stiam, trei.ro. Intru pe site sa vad care e treaba si ce vad, gazduire gratuita nelimitata cu acces PHP, MySQL etc etc. Daca tot e gratuit totul ma bag si eu ca de, ce am de pierdut. Imi fac cont, imi aleg un subdomeniu si urmatorul pas e sa uploadez wordpressul via FTP. Fac totul ca la carte, editez fisierul wp-config-sample.php, il salvez ca wp.config.php si uploadez totul pe site. Accesez adresa de genul www.situlmeu.ro/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php si ciuciu, vine cu o eroare:

Butonand eu pe acolo si intrant in MySQL imi scrie undeva jos ceva de genu: The mbstring PHP extension was not found and you seem to be using multibyte charset. Without mbstring extension phpMyAdmin is unable to split strings correctly and it may result in unexpected results. 

Pentru mine toate astea ma arunca rau de tot intr-o ceatza londoneza, poate pentru cineva cu cunostinte in domeniu sunt niste indicii, indicii asupra problemei, poate am gresit undeva, poate nu se poate uploada/instala wordpressul pe ceea ce imi ofera cei de la trei.ro, cu toate ca Bunelu vad ca a reusit.
PS. Bunelu daca ai timp pentru un novice care habar nu are ce face poate imi scrii si mie pasii urmati de tine sau stii unde am putut gresi.
